This 5 step program is the basics in weed control and fertilization. This is what you really need to start with to see results in a timely manner. Some people opt to do less applications per year but doing that will normally delay results. We do quite a few of the optional treatment but they tend to be tailored to the needs of your lawns history and what is important to you as the client.
In my opinion fescue lawns can be the prettiest lawn but they do take more inputs to keep them up. They will stay green in the spring and fall compared to warm season grasses. ON the other hand if you want a lower maintenance lawn you should consider a warm season grass like burmuda grass. Burmuda grass will go dormant during the cold part of the year and will be brown but will take the heat and drought of summer without dying out like fescue can.
